B’ Spokes: My own thoughts on this topic start off with an imaginary experiment where they put traffic lights at an intersection of an indoor mall. In that situation you can certainly imagine a lot of noncompliance with a red light. It’s the same for us, it just takes a bit longer to make a good understandable case.
