vessel-criminal negligence is on the Judiciary Committee
Vote list
It may come up for a vote as early as today (March 22). 
PLEASE take a moment to make a phone call
& email to any of your delegates (the list of
Judiciary Committee members is below)
Ask that they SUPPORT and vote for passage of HB 363 Manslaughter
by Vehicle or Vessel – Criminal Negligence and that they also
encourage their colleagues to vote for passage of this bill!

If your delegate is not on this list—- contact a delegate who is
in your county (e.g. Anne Arundel, Baltimore )

and — pass this on to friends, neighbors, relatives etc. — this
