A few comments; not all Transportation Enhancement Funding has been spent on bike/ped through 2010 only $79,641,268 has been spent on bike/ped. To get a rough idea of how much sales tax cyclists have contributed over the same time span, Retail sales * 17 * 5% = $84,430,500 and this is only one small aspect of the benefit cycling brings to Maryland.
