FDA or USDA? In a field that is all about moderation (nutrition and our health) I tend to view anyone pushing anything other than moderation with a bit of skepticism…and folks who try to tell me what motivates government agencies but CANT CORRECTLY IDENTIFY THE AGENCY in question…well, those I ignore, and I suggest you do the same.
