By<br \/>\nproviding an orientation seminar, team<br \/>\nstructure, short training sessions and following<br \/>\nup with mentoring and support<br \/>\ngroups, along with physical changes to<br \/>\nthe workplace, the program will change<br \/>\ncommuting behavior, resulting in healthier<br \/>\nand more productive employees, reduced<br \/>\ntraffic, more bicyclists on the road and<br \/>\ncleaner air.<\/p>\n<p><b>take action!
