The new Baltimore <a href=\"https:\/\/baltimorebikeparty.com\/\">Bike Party<\/a> offers riders a short dusk\/night-time ride and takes places the last Friday night of the month. It departs from the <a title=\"Washington Monument\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Washington_Monument_(Baltimore)\">Washington Monument<\/a> and generally ends at a brew pub.&nbsp; Check ahead to see what the theme for the ride is.
