In fact, I think that it\u2019s a much fairer way to go about funding major transportation projects that require public dollars.<\/p>\n<p>I simply wonder: why don\u2019t we do this for every major project? The primary recipients of our largesse for the Grandview Triangle are people who live within about a ten-mile radius of it. What if they had to fund its rebuilding?
