(WZZM) &#8211; Neighborhood police officers in Muskegon are patrolling earlier than ever this year on bicycles due in part to the warm weather.<br \/>\nMembers of the Neighborhood Response Team have been using their specially outfitted mountain bikes for the last two weeks.
