As he was rushed to the hospital with a broken back, six snapped ribs, and a fractured skill, a dash cam in a Seattle police cruiser captured this video, which has been making the rounds.<\/p>\n<p>Network blog <a href=\"https:\/\/systemicfailure.wordpress.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Systematic Failure<\/a> said the scene is reminiscent of \u201ca bad episode of Reno-911.\u201d It includes this exchange:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Officer 1 \u2018That\u2019s why you drive a car!\u2019<br \/>\nOfficer 2 \u2018Yeah, don\u2019t try to jog to work, you dumb f***!\u2019<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>It\u2019s obviously disappointing to see police behaving so unprofessionally and with apparent bias toward someone who doesn\u2019t get around in a car.
