With the heavy amount of traffic on Ritchie and Crain highways, he said the  accidents involving Hernandez and Garcia were \u201csadly not unexpected.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u201cThose are very, very unfriendly bike roads,\u201d he said. \u201cI wouldn\u2019t ride my  bike up there.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mulcahy seems to be blaming these cyclists for the crashes, instead of traffic engineers for failing to build complete streets.
