A 28-year-old woman is being flown to the Baltimore Shock Trauma Center following injuries from an apparent bicycle crash, officials from the Annapolis Fire Department said.<\/p>\n
Capt. Robert Christian said units responded to the scene at around 6 p.m. Tuesday.<\/p>\n
The incident occured in front of the 7-Eleven on Taylor Avenue, Christian said. Christian said at this time it has not been determined that the woman was struck by a car, but instead, it appears to have been a crash.<\/p>\n
The woman was transported Priority 2 and appears to have been wearing a helmet at the time, Christian said.<\/p>\n
At the time of publication, the incident was ongoing and no further information was available.
