Jennifer Bailey said in a news release.<br \/>\nThe investigation has determined that the van was travelling north on Yellow Springs Road near White Flint Drive just before 7 p.m. when it struck the cyclist, who was also travelling north, knocking him off the roadway, Bailey said. The van continued on and took a right on Bethel Road.
