HB 363 \u201cManslaughter by Vehicle or  Vessel \u2013  Criminal Negligence: provides a misdemeanor option for those who cause<br \/>\nfatalities by driving in a criminally negligent manner. If found guilty,  motorists will be subject to imprisonment not to exceed 3 years and\/or a  fine not to exceed $5000. <\/span><\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">Take action to support safer roads in Maryland.
