The basic deal is they install a device in your car and they monitor your driving for six months. Depending on how you score will determine your discount, with no penalties for scoring badly.<br \/>\nI think its kinda sad\/funny the old program flopped because people knew they were being monitored to get a safe driving discount and still drove like jerks and got penalized for it.
