Dedicated bike lanes.  Giant-sized people space.  Art vendors.  Food carts.  Sidewalk cafes.  On-street bike corrals.  Live music.  Native landscaping.  Games.  Giant crosswalk.<\/p>\n<p>If it weren\u2019t for the presence of skyline landmarks like Burnett Plaza, the T&amp;P Station, the Omni, and Carter + Burgess, err, Jacobs Plaza, you\u2019d be forgiven for thinking this was a scene out of Austin or Portland.
