The meeting is set for 7:30 pm on Sept. 29 at Hillcrest Elementary School (cafeteria).<\/p>\n<p>SHA says that residents have expressed concerns about speeding, aggressive driving and pedestrian safety along MD166. In response, traffic engineers have studied options to modify driver behavior.
