DOT has since submitted a<br \/>\nlist of other laws that would help improve cycling in<br \/>\n Baltimore :&nbsp; Complete Streets, mandatory<br \/>\nbike parking, Cyclists\u2019 Bill of Rights among others<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
