The Baltimore<\/span><\/b> City
\nCouncil<\/span><\/b> will conduct a hearing on <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

the
\nEqual Rights for Bikes Task Force<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Friday, October
\n23rd<\/sup> at 12:30 pm.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

While this Task Force is a good idea, the Department of
\nTransportation (DOT) and Mayor\u2019s Bicycle Advisory Committee (MBAC) are
\nalready fully engaged in many of its goals.  DOT has since submitted a
\nlist of other laws that would help improve cycling in
\n Baltimore :  Complete Streets, mandatory
\nbike parking, Cyclists\u2019 Bill of Rights among others<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
